Keith Barker is a
native Washingtonian, but grew up a farm boy in
Northeast Ohio
. He lives in Brookeville
Maryland
with his bride of 36 years and they have 3 adult children.
Over 40 years ago,
he caught his first bass on a Hula Popper on the
Ohio
Canal
. He痴 been hooked on bass fishing ever since and he is a closet cat
man too. Ask him about his secret weapon for
Potomac River
cats.

has 18 years experience on the Tidal Potomac and
Maryland
痴
Eastern Shore
rivers. He is a United
States Coast Guard licensed Captain and a licensed Maryland Freshwater
Guide. Capt地 Keith is
also trained in first aid and C
P R. H e specializes in the
tidal
Potomac
and it tributaries and the Eastern Shore Rivers & knows many of the
bass that reside in these waters on a first name basis.
Capt地 Keith drives a Bass
Cat Pantera II powered by a Johnson 150. The
boat is equipped with 4 Lowrance depth sounders an LCX 38c HD chart
plotter /depth sounder and an X 125 Liquid Crystal Graph.
His hobbies are hunting and fishing, especially goose hunting. He speaks
fluent Canadian Goose.
Capt地 Keith volunteers as an adult leader and merit badge counselor
for Boy Scout Troop 403 in Bowie, M D.
In over 18 years he has taught hundreds of scouts and their
parents the joys of fishing.
In his other life Capt地 Keith is a Commercial Real Estate broker with
38 years in the industry. He
has considerable expertise in retail and investment properties.
